We have enjoyed our stay. Dr . Kangala is awesome! The staff is very friendly and helpful! The facility is neat and well maintained!
We were in and out pretty quickly! They were very busy and my daughter saw the doc and had an x-ray before we saw a nurse and admin! Good bed side manner for my 10 year old.
Top notch Staff in the E/R on Saturday 24 December 2017 Day Shift. Not so good in Rm. #404 with Nightshift Gloria. How can a person be so ill and the Caregiver be so MEAN SPIRITED and unprofessional? Lakeview would have had a couple more days pay if it weren't the WORST experience for my Family Member. She said she would rather tough ot out at Home than to spend one more night with Gloria as her Nurse. Very poor communication for families dealing with their elderly parent who is being held at the senior behavioral center. If in the future we would be given the option of where my father was to go it would by all means definitely not be here. If you have a family dealing with dementia for the first time and is confused and angry, please look for another place.
I had my son here and had a great experience, my daughter was born here extremely premature and was in the NICU nurses and Drs care for 3 months and I couldn't have made it through this experience without them! They are absolutely amazing and I cannot thank them enough. By the end of it they felt like family and the hospital almost like a home. I will forever be grateful for them.
Me and my family are extremely upset at how your ER treated my mom without care of her recent knee replacement surgery or how much pain she was in. I even witnessed a nurse wheeling her bed to the room bumping it into the walls twice and the door once right after her spinal procedure. I used to recommend you to everyone, and now I'm telling everyone how horribly she was treated. This is unacceptable!
