I have been going to Webster Dental for over 4 years and I am completely satisfied. Dr. Long and the staff are always excellent. I highly recommend them and this dental office.
My visit was a very efficient and effective one. They answered my questions and as soon as I got there, my name was called within a couple of minutes. I love how happy they are to do their job and how well they work together. They make me feel special and valued. The receptionists were very sweet and helpful. They are super friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. Thank you again!
Very upbeat professional and educated staff that will take the time to explain to you all options that you have with the situation you come in for. From there you are given the option(s) to pick what you feel is most realistic plan at that time. They are well respected & deeply networked in the dentistry profession thus giving them multiple resources to utilize the best of the best to make you look the best of your best!
This was my first visit to Webster Dental Clinic. The facility was neat, clean, and orderly. All of the staff that I encountered were very friendly and professional. Everyone there listened to what I had to say and answered all of my questions. No one was in a hurry. Very patient personnel. My exam was actually PAINLESS. Everything was explained to me in detail regarding my follow-up treatments.
I first discovered Webster Dental when I moved to Chicago 7 years ago. I liked the ambiance and service, finding the Hawaiian Theme very inviting, and I'm not a huge fan of going to the dentist. After getting married, I switched to the Dental Offices my Husband uses, it's closer and figured it would make things easier. IT MADE THINGS HORRIBLE. Every trip was a constant stream of problems.
