My husband and I are both patients at Webster Dental. I trust Dr Zieba with all of my dental work. He has a very calming and professional bedside manner. He just replaced one of my crowns and it feels great!
The staff is very nice and I like being given a written "quote" for future services. Only one thing that I'd give feedback on. When calling a patient back, I always appreciate the employee introducing themselves and have come to expect it. I had to ask the assistant's name and that stuck with me. I'm sure it was a simple oversight at the end of a long day, but very important to good customer service. As for the dental care, I was pleased. I will continue to come to Webster Dental.
I've been going to Webster Dental for about four years now, and have always had the best experiences. I used to dread going to the dentist, but Dr. Zieba and his staff are great and make the experience actually enjoyable. They also have all the newest technology, so I know I'm getting the best exams possible.
Friendly, warm, helpful staff... person who cleaned my teeth has been outstanding both times... overall great experience so far at webster. One of the doctor's is really nice- one doesn't seem super friendly which was a little off putting to be honest. I got a cavity drilled by the unfriendly one and everything went as good as i could hope... so... no real complaints. I recommend webster dental care
The team always has really great service. The early morning pre-work and late evening after-work hours are great, especially because they are really good about keeping on schedule and getting me in and out fast. Last time I think it was less than 30 minutes from when I walked in until I left.
I always put off going to the dentist no matter how easy they make it. I finally made an appointment-and of course I was in a rush because I was having knee surgery on a Monday. they fit me in, and told me I might have to wait a few minutes when I arrived as I was being slotted in between existing appointments. I've always been terrified of the dentist, until I came to Webster Dental. They're friendly, gentle, and best of all - the office doesn't smell like a dentist office! I don't know how they do that. This is the first time in my life that I don't dread my six-month checkup.
Of all the dental services I have received from half a dozen dental offices over the last 16 years living in Chicago, Webster Dental is the best both in terms of professional service and human element that the practice accentuates. I enthusiastically recommend it to anyone who is looking for something better!
My son just had his cleaning and checkup. Everyone at Webster Dental in Lakeview is great! The staff, hygienist and dentist are all top notch. Thanks for making it a positive experience for my 5 yr old!
