Ever since the new property manager has taken over the service, communication, and overall feel for this property has gone down hill. Do I start with the water, heat, or ac issue? All handled poorly and is reason for leaving. Windows are old and out dated same with bathroom. Why spend 1000 a month on these units? Go else were and get more for your money. Total Slum Lords, will lie to your face, document and retain documents for over a year after your move out. They will slip documents into lease file, lose the documents you submit, lie about the move out and try and take you for everydime that they can, never in my life have I dealt with a company this shady and disgusting in 10 years of renting. Safe yourself some time rent elsewhere!
We enjoyed the location so much! There is so much to do in the area & it was just very convenient & so fun! Yes, they are older apartments, but maintenance was always there in a timely manner & got any issue fixed pronto! But i have to say, Nikki was my favorite part of my lakeview experience! She was always SO kind & SO helpful & she totally understood that life happens & was always super understanding & did all she could to help us make our stay better. We appreciate her so much. RATS! These apartments are uninhabitable. I lived here for months in sub-standard conditions which included: broken windows, improper insulation ($400 electricity bill), broken security locks in common areas, cockroach infestation, and RATS. Rat feces were found in my bed and my clothes were constantly being eaten. When I called the building management and told them I could no longer take it they told me they would let me out of my lease.
