I've been going to the doctor's off and on for the last 36 years and this place is exceptional! I love that Dr. Moon is so thorough and she puts you at ease while having to make an adjustment to new glasses, such as progressive lenses. Her staff is wonderful and they're so caring, even suggesting the getting photographs of my eyes to test for glaucoma etc. versus those old nasty eye drops that blur your vision for four hours. Without question, the best customer service I've experienced from any business. From making an appointment by phone, to reception, to the technician to both the doctors that work at Lakeside - it is almost surreal how courteous, professional, efficient and engaged each person is. And I never felt like I was being rushed or was just another customer. Fantastic experience.
Dr. Moon's focus is not solely on correcting near or far sightedness, although of course she handles that. She focuses on all aspects of a person's visions needs. I've known people who have had problems which were not properly diagnosed until examination at Lakeside. Regular examinations also can focus on issues before they become problems. I recommend making an appointment for personal, focused eye care.
