This office stinks! Just because i called in to cancel my appointment and NOW the places tells me i can only be seen when the doctor is available.... its bullcrap and im going back to my eye doctor i trust when i first moved up to pennsylvania. This place is ONLY ABOUT THE $$$$ and not about the patient!

I've been a client at Lakeside Vision for several years and am as happy with their service now as ever. The doctors are skilled professionals, the staff is friendly and helpful and the selection of frames is outstanding.
Would never use this place again. My insurance company was charge and I paid out of pocket for glasses on January 21st. They should produce the product with as much speed as they get their money. I still don't have the glasses for my daughter and can't go elsewhere because they already billed my insurance company for something they haven't provided. I went to another eye doctor who is reputable and dependable and he is ordering the glasses for me since I have the prescription. This establishment doesn't anticipate any proble... read more
