RecommendedI went to Lakeside vision because of aching eye and headachs. Dr Amy and the entire staff were exceptional. They used all the latest high tech equipment for testing. Analyized what I needed. I followed instructions and my eye is 100% better, no more headaches, needed a new perscription and I can see again. Once my dry eye was under control I asked about contact lenses. Once again great experience. They teach you how to put them in and take them out. You people are thieves and I can't believe all the locals can't figure it out. You steel from the old and misdiagnosed so many people and can't get a prescription right. Next step better business
Terrible! Had to go back twice to get the correct prescription! Then when my glasses broke they were under warranty, so I threw away my broken pair while waiting for the replacement to come in. Replacement comes in and they tell me I needed to keep the broken pair and now if I want my new glasses I would have to pay another $300! This place is a JOKE! Dr. Amy is great with my kids! My kids love going to her. Couldn't of found a better place.
Excellent! Dr. Amy took the time to use their technology to examine my eyes and to help me figure out what contacts might work for me older eyes. She and her staff found me an awesome pair of glasses for me that the temple pieces snap out and can be changed to give my glasses a new look and colors. Awesome!
Always amazing! Lakeside helped save my vision and has always eased my sons concerns about wearing glasses. Sam is always amazing at making the appointments fast and convenient!!
I liked the dr and the new technology but waiting 4 weeks to get glasses is a bit much.i called many times and the answer was always they will be in a few days no explanation. Other friends say they have waited weeks for glasses also not good
