Wish we could give zero stars. The maintenance workers are a joke. There was a flea infestation before we even moved our furniture or ourselves in. Parking is ridiculously insufficient and the gates are always broken. We are only one month into a 12 month lease but we definitely won't be renewing.
Shitty place to live. Nothing but hood rats! I cannot believe it's not condemned.
Ok. So I am one very dissatisfied customer. The service here is very poor. You place a maintenance request, it gets mixed up, no one responds for days. Then when they finally get to it, its not done properly. Now, for dayssss, there has been no hot water. Its always one thing or the other. So frustrating, and the worst part is you are paying a Lot of money for the rent. Stay away from this place. We re definitely not renewing our lease. Horrible!!!!
This is the apartment complex from hell. Anything that could go wrong in a one unit had gone wrong here. Plumbing, kitchen flooding, evasive roaches, water not working, water pressure horrible.There's never any parking and not to mention the management is poor. Monkeys could've run the place better. We asked to break our lease early due to everything we have dealt with and they wouldn't let us. The only good thing about it is the size of the apartments but don't let that fool you this place is a shit hole.
Not a bad place to live since the new mgmt took over. They have changed it up and made it look nice.
