I had a few problems in my apartment when I moved in. I contacted the office about my concerns, and within a week they were all fixed. I couldn't be happier
Just spent 30 minutes in the office to get a LAUNDRY CARD, no acknowledgement of my presence when I walked in. While I was there I decide to confirm they logged my move-out notice from last week. No, no receipt of the HAND-DELIVERED notice. So then he tells me I have to fill out THEIR form, my Notice of Intent to Vacate letter is insufficient (guess he hasn't read the Texas Property Code lately). So I fill out their form and they guy leaves....leaves PEOPLE in the office with no employees there at all. Some walk out, I conti... read more
This is easily the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. Constant water shut off's, bugs everywhere (even with their shitty exterminators), out of date appliances that need routine maintenance, unorganized front desk, and terrible parking. I can't wait to move out.
