Jeff, Shay, and Ed (I think is what his name was U never asked) worked me super hard and strengthened me up until I was able to get my shoulder back to 100%. 10/10 would recommend and will be back when I get more injuries � Thank you, again!

The people at Lakeside Physical therapy stand around half the time talking and don't really spend much time one on one. Went I went in, I had a lot of pain in hip and thigh. They kept asking almost every time how is your back. No pain in back. When I left after over 6 weeks, still had same amount of pain! They were of no help.I finally talked to different people who had this sciatic problem, went to sports store and talked to people, and was able to get help.
