I love this office! The front office staff is so friendly and helpful. My hygienist and Dentist is so patient and sweet. Everyone in the office seems to love working there and get along so well. They seem like a family. I will never go anywhere else.
A very good experience. They made me feel like they actually cared. I was not rushed and I felt comfortable asking all my questions. They took the time to explain everything, and their bills are nice and organized. They use the latest technology and they understand that a good customer experience is good for business.
The installation of my second and third Cad Cam crowns were again great experiences. The one stop process to image, mill and install the crown is a great improvement over the old multiple day process. I love the way the new teeth feel and fit.
Your office staff is always upbeat and friendly. Never a long wait, either.
It doesn't matter when my husband and I go for dental work, the doctors at Stephens are excellent and the staff is amazing. We have consistently been very happy with our experiences. Going to the dentist should not be easy or fun, but in this case, it is.
It doesn't matter if I go or my hubs and does for a cleaning, a treatment or anything else regarding our teeth; our experiences is always based on the people who work with us. The doctors instill confidence and respect; the staff is cheerful and professional. Nobody should look forward to a dentist's visit, but in fact I do!
I was so nervous about going to the dentist, but at Stephens Dentistry they make you feel right at home! So glad to have found a great place to have my dental work done!
One of the things I can depend on - prompt, efficient, competent service always makes me feel great, and the support staff is super too. Thanks for all you do to keep my teeth in great shape and me a happy client.
Lauren did a great job -as always. She's a good teacher too. I am a work in progress, but she is very patient with me which I appreciate it.
