Awesome food and great staff and the view is great!
I am appalled at a restaurant who would require someone with a 102 degree fever to come into work. In normal times, this would be bad, but during a global pandemic, it is criminal. The health department should shut them down for that. How many people have come for dinner and left with a virus? NOT ACCEPTABLE! And on top of that, they fired the girl for being sick and not wanting to spread it to staff and customers. Lake shore Grille your priorities are seriously out of line.
Me and my lovely girlfriend just ate here for our anniversary and I must say I am overly pleased with the service from Jasmine, and the food. On top of that I had the privilege of meeting the owner, Richard and he was a super nice guy. I recommend this place to everybody

I worked for the Grille for over and year and in my entire time working there I never had an issue calling out due to illness. That being said there are people’s livelihoods at stake here and posting negative reviews just for the sake of trying to get back at someone is not okay. Most people writing reviews have never worked for or even been to the restaurant. I am now a patron of the Grille and I have NEVER had a negative experience.
