Have gotten great care here for decades. Dr. Ray is so knowledgeable, professional, personable & thorough; both my wife & I see her. We trust all the doctors & staff at Lakeshore Family Practice with our healthcare needs. I highly recommend them!
Would not see me because a front office medical staff at an urgent care “advised” me to go to the ER because I coughed bloody mucus YESTERDAY. After having a bloody nose. They hadn’t seen me. They did not give me medical advice.. it was a front office staff saying no we won’t see you. Well as soon as I said that they’re “oh no, you were advised so you must go to the ER, want us to call them and tell them you’re coming?” No, because I’m not. That’s ridiculous.
