The front end receptionists are absolutely rude in person and on the phone. 0 respect or regard for any patients! My mother has been calling every single day- half the time they do not answer and there isn’t a messaging system available. When she does get through, and asks to speak with or have a NURSE or the DOCTOR call her back and explain why she needs to speak with them she met with a rotten attitude!
