Initial visit- clean facility, friendly staff, consult excellent and plan going forward manageable. Now if only my teeth didn't need so much attention!
Had a great cleaning by Chrissie today. The entire staff is always so friendly and greets you as you walk in and Dr. E is such a good dentist! Will be going here for a very long time!
After being with a practice for 20+ years, was nervous about changing. The staff here is amazing! Our hygienist Chrissie is our absolute fav ever. Dr.Engushova (still cannot pronounce her name!) is very caring, attentive and will be our forever dentist from now on. The office is clean, bright, and has screens in each pod to keep your mind busy while they are doing their thing. Loving this place!
I absolutely love everyone at the practice. Kelsey greets you as you walk in the door and notifies Chrissy that you are here. Within minutes, Chrissy was leading me back to her chair. She is so friendly, remembers what you talked about 6 months earlier, asks about the kids, family, etc. She always does a thorough cleaning, explains everything. All I have to say is I love this place everyone is great.
I recently moved and had been driving over an hour to my old dentist, during rush hour traffic. I really liked my former DDS, so I was hesitant to change. However, I found the staff to be so pleasant and accomodating. Their techniques are every bit as thorough as my other dentist. So glad I made the change!
Go to Lakemoor dentists, especially if you're hesitant about check-ups/cavities. They're great, and will make sure you're comfortable. TVs in every room. Clean, new office. East to schedule appointments, and you get reminder texts.
