I have only been going here for a few years, maybe less. The person / people in charge of scheduling at this location are horrendous. I don't think I've had a single appointment where I wasn't contacted asking if I could come in earlier / later / go to a different facility because of staffing issues or because staff wanted to close early (an actual reason I was previously given).
