Horrible bedside manner! Very insensitive ! While in the ER with extreme pain , his suggestion was to see a psychiatrist… This was before any test were done to determine the cause of the issues that brought me to the ER. I was able to get in with my primary and he got me answers and treatment. I would not recommend going to Lakeland Regional Hospital to anyone!

My father is there with covid I understand that we cant see him. But when we called there and was transferred to the nurses station and the phone rang for almost an hour and still no one pick up. All we wanted was information on how he was. They need something done about that I know someone heard that phone ring and ignored it. So unprofessional. That whole hospital is unprofessional like that. The have no concern about anything.
