Been coming here for about 5 years. I find everyone to be helpful, professional, and polite. Dr Goyal does sometimes seem a bit rushed but that’s typical for doctors.

Dr Aarti Patel met with my son and I today. She was very caring and took a lot of time to talk to my son and I about his ADHD. He is 17 and she spoke to him with much respect and concern. She took the time to explain in detail about his medication. She also took time to speak with my son individually to better understand him and his issues. I have a good feeling she will get him on the right meds. Thank you Dr Patel.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Took over an hour to get my mother discharged after being told she was ready to be picked up. Unhelpful and uncaring staff. Explained several times that I was on my lunch break. Extremely dissatisfied by the lack of care in this department.

I called as I am in need of prescriptions that I am almost out of. A recording told me to have my pharmacy fax them the prescriptions. Really? I need a #$@? Doctor to give my prescriptions to get them refilled. If I had a prescription at the pharmacy I would've thought already had it refilled. Waste of time to appeal to this bunch for help.
