My wife went in for an ultrasound and we unfortunately had a miscarriage. Instead of the ultrasound tech telling us, or holding us in a private room they sent us to the lobby. My wife then gets an alert from her portal telling us the bad news. The ultrasound tech and trainee were silent towards us, but kept leaving the room and answering phone calls. Extremely unprofessional staff. Ms Jill was extremely nice as well as the receptionist, but extremely disappointed with the rest of the staff in their handling of the situation

Jill Young is amazing
Jill young is the worst OB ever. She always had something nasty to say about my weight. She told my man to stop taking when she was taking my blood pressure when he was super excited about our baby growing. She had no empathy at all when I was crying because she just told me I would need a C section. I like lakeland regional but I DONT recommend JILL YOUNG !
I came in November and they sent my labs to the incorrect provider that cause an out of network fee of over $200. I called and spoke to the manager who advised they would take care of the bill. To date that hasn’t been done and they’ve stopped responding to my messages on mycart and they aren’t returning phone calls. I am at risk for collections and these people do not care. I don’t recommend coming here.
