This Hospital is getting better and better and it’s because of the Doctors and nurses here. I had a major allergic reaction and Admittance wrote their notes truthfully and quickly, and the nurse who took my vitals rushed me back immediately. I almost was admitted from the negligence of a different Dr at a different ER but MD Ricki Brown-Forestiere saved my life when I was having a severe allergic reaction and anaphylaxis. Your resident completely dismissed my fiance. He has been struggling with infections for the last few months and failed courses of PO antibiotics. He went to fast track for a follow up visit regarding a wound on his backside. The resident, without doing labs or any sort of imaging, looked at my fiance's wound and said it "looked better." Her conclusion was based purely on visual observation of the surface of the wound. Last visit, the pocket of pus within the wound was so deep they had to do an I&D. I came to the ER after having spotting during pregnancy. It was a very emotional time for my husband and I. EVERYONE was so caring and compassionate. From the front desk reception, to the intake nurse, to our nurse, Mackenzie and Doctor, DeLeon. We were in and out of the ER within a few hours. It was a very difficult night for my husband and I, but I’m very grateful for the care from the staff.
The staff was wonderful! Nurse RO was so kind and caring! She made me feel so comfortable! I had a great experience today! Highly recommend to anyone that needs to go to the emergency room!
