Worst hospital in FL in my opion. The staff if Uncaring, Uncompassionate, Unkind, Unprofessional, just Unbelievable. Avoid this chaotic train wreck of a place. SHUT IT DOWN or GET AN ENTIRE NEW STAFF WHO CARE ABOUT WHAT THEY DO AND THEIR PATIENTS. Now you may find a few good ones scattered in the bunch of bad apples, so keep them and throw out the rest.

If I could.rate this place a negative 0 I definitely would. If you're in Winter Haven go to Winter Have hospital for whenever you may need. Lakeland regional is a JOKE and that's putting it lightly.
