Staffing is very rude does not matter what department you call seems like they’re not happy assisting and always transferring calls to another person avoiding answer . Poor customer service and poor providers quality. LRH should reevaluate staffing behavior.
So far all staff has been very friendly and helpful. Labs were done immediately upon request. They called and made arrangements for different consultations with different specialists. I didn't have to wait in a line or on the phone to try to get help. Communication has been fantastic.
