This is my wife's review. My PCP referred me to the grasslands endocrinology department which is a part of Lakeland regional health. The doctor I had seen went on maternity leave and the office told me I had to make an appointment with another doctor and pay again to go over my test results and that would be another month out! I ended up having to go to urgent care to diagnose my test results and prescribed me the medicine I needed. I have had the worst experience. I have had to talk to crystal s. over the messages on MyChart. She has not be helpful whatsoever . I can never hear back from people. I need tests and it has taken months for me to get anywhere. It has been a run around on even getting a referral somewhere else.
