Dr. Faza is very friendly and knowledgeable! He diagnosed my Runners Knee, drained some of the fluid out of my knee, and gave me a cortisone shot! I highly recommend him!
I am having problems getting a prescription filled. Optum Rx and I have both contacted you and we have not received a response and I am almost out of one of my prescriptions! I have one (1) tablet left so it is important that someone get in tough with Optum RX or myself!! How do I get this problem resolved?!
Dr Lamba Aarti is unprofessional with her bedside manners, she is dismissive and she says things like I will let the pain management deal with that. She lacks compassion and she needs to be taught a little bit more how to have a some kindness and etiquette while servicing her community. My brother was recently seen here. He was upset because this is his first time following up with a primary care in a very long time. He wants to take care of his health and get back on the road of recovery due to an injury.
