We came to the Emergency Room. Not expecting to be treated so nicely by all the staff, especially Nurse Richard ☺️
Richard was my nurse and he was amazing. When I say this man felt more like my friend. He made things so comfortable. He had my friend and I dying laughing. This is my second encounter with him and every visit has been a great experience. I didn't mind him laughing at my big toe; he will know what i am talking about. Thanks for always providing great service. It's clear that he loves what he does.

I came here in may for shortness of breath, labored breathing, and chest pain. The doctor was very nice, I did forget his name but he and his team was great. I ended up having a collapsed lung and they needed to place an emergency chest tube. They walked me through everything and when a nurse noticed how scared I was she held my legs to let me know she was there with me until I calmed down.
