Every time I go there, the nurses are good, the doctors are just okay. Two separate times they were supposed to call in a prescription that was spoken about and both times, they called in nothing. They have no contact number for anyone to call them.

I had the best experience taking a family member! All of the staff from the receptionist to nurse to Dr were kind and amazing. It was not busy. We were taken straight back and saw the Dr right away. Dr Ramadan is efficient, knowledgable, kind, and compassionate. Clean and nice facility as well. I highly recommend
1 star (would give 0 if I could) This urgent/emergency care is terrible. The staff is extremely slow even with no patients in the waiting room, the wait time was ridiculous. There’s nothing “urgent” about the care here. Save yourself the time and frustration and go elsewhere. Had to walk out 2.5hrs after not being seen by nurse or DR!
