ZERO STARS! This place is absolute trash! If you care about your loved ones DONT. COME. HERE. My husband came in with chest pain and possible panic attack. We were brought right back to a room and started the show. First thing we get is, "drug seeking" vibes. Cause we asked for calming medication, NOT narcotics, or opioids...then we get "liar" vibes after the very nonchalant questions and mannerisms. male nurse treated me like a drug addict because of muscle spasms and told me i had a new issue every time he talked to me, he treated me like a drug addict and talked crap about me to the other staff and tried to play it off when i heard and asked him about it
Last year my mom was brought there for weakness and a fall. She was able to get a head CT within the hour and they were able to diagnose a TIA and she was admitted to the main hospital within an hour. Such speedy results would have been impossible in the main ER. Later in the year I had a Kidney Stone attack. I took myself there. They did a CT within an hour. I had to visit the other night, was in the area. From the security all the way to the secretary , nurses, techs and doctors. Amazing. All personnel are very kind, they definitely love their job. I was in and out , they made sure to find the issues, did not assume. Should I need to visit another ER, would travel just to go there. Thank you staff, would give you 100 starts. Humanity at its best ♥️
