Terrible terrible service I called in to cancel an appointment and they lady did that for me no problem, she even stated that I was rescheduled for another day at 9:00 to be there by 8:50. Drove all the way here for that not to be the case. She canceled my appointment and never put me down for a new one. 12 days before my due date. I had to come here to get checked for a cyst in my babies brain. I wasn’t allowed to have anyone come with me and was very upset and worked up, the staff were all very very nice and caring and took measures to help me stay calm and comfortable. I loved the nurses and the doctor. They explained everything to me in a way that made sense. Very good bedside manner. Very thankful for them.
Our ultrasound tech, Dana, and Dr. Nguyen went over and beyond to provide exemplary, compassionate care.
