Dr. McConnell is an absolute rockstar. She listens to me. She takes my worries and questions seriously. She goes above and beyond typical patient care. She is willing to put in effort in finding solutions to problems. The office staff are also very nice and easy to connect with. They aren't dismissive in anyway. They make sure to notate everything in your chart
If I could give zero stars, I would. Dr. Golla is rude and if you have her as your dr I feel sorry for you. When I was 29 weeks pregnant, they sent me to the hospital with high blood pressure. I never came out of the hospital until I gave birth at 36 weeks. No one from womens care ever reached out to me after that. No one checked on me. Dr. Golla in fact, ghosted me. I like that some of the offices have mammograms available, I just wish all did for travel convenience. Recently I’ve been experiencing unusual feminine & digestive pain & was able to get a next day appointment. Emily Spangler, APRN, has been very attentive in my care so far and trying to get me in for further testing, also recommending that I see a gastroenterologist. I feel like she understands my concerns and pain, and really cares about helping me feel better.
I'm curious what the dress code is for this facility? Are Crocs appropriate footware? What if you have to pick someone up that has fallen, and you fall out of your shoes?
If you're in or approaching menopause and are looking for a provider who's up on current research and won't shut you down when you mention HRT, let me cut to the chase: this is the way. I was suffering through perimenopause with a (different) ob/gyn who was uninformed on current research and hrt options and shut me down every time I brought it up.
