Last month, my friend came in to have work done. They completed the work. When asked for the old part. The service write-up person said no problems. When we got there, some how then couldn't find the old parts which was installed an hour ago. The person in charge showed us a complete different harness. I showed him that it was not completely installed. The next day, I reached out to the service manager to explained to him that your mechanic didn't put on the whole EVAP harness. My experience with Lakeland Ford has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing. I purchased a truck from them that came with several serious problems: a loose windshield that leaks water into the cab, a rear window that doesn’t work, malfunctioning auto start/stop, and steering wheel buttons that don’t function properly.
