The Cryo Sauna is amazing. I've used their services over 20 times. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, informative and very friendly. I use the Cryo Sauna for recovery after soccer games. It takes out any pain and inflammation. The sessions are 3 minutes and afterwards I feel brand new! They also have Marcpro muscle stimulation, Normatec compression therapy, motorized foam rollers and many other great services. I highly recommend Lakeland Cryo and Recovery!
