I am the sister of the deceased. Read through this review and understand that I witnessed all of this, and know that I will continue to spread the truth of what happened. I walked into the awful Rolling Fields facility in Conneautville in February 2023 not knowing they had 22 cases of Covid. There was no notice on the front door, the website, nor did I receive notification by phone. This was risky business, not only for the residents, but the families. Our experience with Lakeland Area Hospice was fantastic every step of the way! Every person who came to our house to care for my Mother was kind, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. Having no prior experience with this process, each person was willing to answer any questions we had and walked with us lovingly through our journey. They truly became our family. Passionate staff that truly cares!
I can’t say enough about Lakeland Hospice . Their staff is absolutely the most compassionate loving group. They cared not only for my dad but for us. They walked us through every step and made sure we understood the next. When we would call they were there in less then 30 minutes. They made sure my dad passed with dignity. After his passing they surrounded us with love.
