My dog became very ill around 1 pm and needed to be urgently seen by the vet. I have been using this clinic for 2 years, so I called to let them know we are on a way, but I was told that they are all booked for the day. The advice was to wait till 6 pm to go to the emergency clinic or drive an hour and half to Bartow, where there is another emergency opened 24 hours. Went during the COVID pandemic and they called me multiple times to make sure I was updated and informed with what was happening. Even though almost nothing was in person it was still great customer service.

I brought my cat Ellinore in for a follow up to an ER visit. Ellinore was given top notch care. They squeezed her in on their lunch to debried and clean up two wounds she sustained. she is finally healing and her happy go lucky catitude is back. I will bringing all three of my pets to this vet for future care. Thank you for being so tentative and understanding.

Great experience getting a health certificate for my dog Dallas to fly back home with us. Megan was our technician and she was great! Dr Pratt was very professional and friendly as well. They are doing curbside service due to covid but it ran very smooth! Affordable pricing as well. As we say in Hawaii, Mahalo nui loa (thank you so very much)!

I like the way the staff treat me and my puupy. They are very attentive to him and always seem to nurture and reassure him when hes nervous They are professional along with being friendly and caring towards me and my pet. I really feel comfortable using their service in getting my baby, pet his health needs.
