Called to make an appointment told that I had to pay a $50.00 pre paid appointment fee, to cover cancelation and co-pays, I must agree to 3 rules 1. 50 pre pay appointment fee. 2. 1st appointment is only a consultation, no testing and medication for allergic reaction. 3. I must leave a credit card on file.
My Primary Doctor sent over a referral to the office and the referral coordinator called me to schedule, she reviewed all their policies and I was able to schedule within a few weeks, she was very pleasant over the phone. Within minutes of scheduling I received the registration forms, which was great because I hate filling all those forms out at the first visit.
