Dr.Convers is a lovely and knowledgeable doctor. I trusted her opinion and accepted her advice to move onto a food challenge with my son. There were scheduling challenges with getting my son in for the food challenge. However Dr.Convers and her staff made it right in the end. I would recommend Dr.Convers for allergy concerns!
This place requires you to put a card on file.. and then they just bill you willy nilly for hundreds of dollars at a time. If they make a mistake and you call they just throw up their hands and say "it's insurance..we can't do anything " and bill you anyway.. had to cancel my card to stop the charges.. don't go here other providers are available.

My husband recently went in for allergy testing and specifically asked, before agreeing to anything, what our financial responsibility would be. He was explicitly told the testing would be fully covered by insurance and that he only owed his copay, which he paid at the appointment. We have now received additional bills for roughly $200 due to our insurance deductible. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I never write reviews but I have to for this place. Absolutely terrible. After 45 min past my appointment time I asked how much longer it would be and they said 20-30 more mins. So I left. I understand offices run behind but I was not informed about the wait. And it’s extremely rude to not care about your patients time. The nurse called my baby (a girl) “him” the entire time. Do they not read the charts? Absolutely terrible experience at this allergist office. I was left waiting over an hour past my appointment time because the staff decided to go to lunch instead of seeing patients on schedule. After finally being brought back to a room, I then sat there for ANOTHER hour with zero communication, no updates, and no doctor ever coming in.
