UPDATE: Following my original review, my son was dismissed from the practice. The dismissal letter (that I did not see prior to today) states the reason was “disingenuous public assertions.” I respectfully disagree with that characterization. My review was an honest account of my experience as a mother seeking answers for my son’s severe eczema. This place requires you to put a card on file.. and then they just bill you willy nilly for hundreds of dollars at a time. If they make a mistake and you call they just throw up their hands and say "it's insurance..we can't do anything " and bill you anyway.. had to cancel my card to stop the charges.. don't go here other providers are available. .. note that in their response below they again admit no (even partial) responsibility or no offer to remedy.. exactly what I'm talking about.. .. go elsewhere.

Extremely disappointed with our experience. I waited two months to get my toddler in for allergy testing due to terrible eczema. I went in hopeful, and was nothing but disappointed. When I walked in, I was not greeted by front desk staff until I was directly standing right in front of them. I had to wake my son up early to come and was on time for my appointment. Dr.Convers is a lovely and knowledgeable doctor. I trusted her opinion and accepted her advice to move onto a food challenge with my son. There were scheduling challenges with getting my son in for the food challenge. However Dr.Convers and her staff made it right in the end. I would recommend Dr.Convers for allergy concerns!
