With recommendations from CDC to help limit the spread of Covid-19, the spa seemed surprised that they might need a policy in place. Still waiting to hear back RE: cancellation policy for upcoming stay. At this point, they are not being flexible. Any one else having this issue?
My daughter signed up for several spa experiences for pregnant women. When we arrived they said sorry, we have only these these 2 for pregnant women. I had a giant cockroach in my bed. Toilet did not work well. It was awful

Not only is it a spa, but the scenery around the spa grounds are incredibly beautiful. A very peaceful place to visit. ☆☆☆
Everything was top notch at Lake Austin Spa... from the massage, lunch, pool, facial, facilities, staff, products... Can't wait to return!
