I absolutely love the ladies who work here, they truly go above and beyond to answer any questions and concerns you may have. It's nice to be around people who are this passionate and knowledgable. I've been to other places in the area, and I'm so glad I finally gave this place a try because it's the only place I'll be going now.
I really like the care I get from Jill Bert and her staff
Cant say enough good things. The doctor was with me one on one for well over 30 min explaining my results and my options. The entire staff goes out of their way to be kind and helpful. I got options for contacts I had no idea I qualified for previously that will save me hundreds each year.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Bert and her wonderful staff. Everyone is very knowledgeable in their selective fields. Its a very fun and friendly atmosphere. I had some great laughs with the staff while picking out my glasses. I was also introduced to a new daily wear contact "Oasis" that I can wear comfortably for hours. I've really enjoyed the care I've received from everyone at Lakefront Eye Care. From Dr. Burt, to the opticians and people at the front desk, they really take care of you!
Friendly, knowledgeable, they take their time to make sure you get what you need. Dr. Jill and her staff are awesome!!!
