It has not been my first time there. But I went yesterday and received very friendly service when I walked in! Filled out my papers and it wasn't busy so I was taken right in. I believe it was a nurse practitioner talked to me first and I explained my issues. She asked plenty of questions. She ran a test then a nice gentleman came in with a very nice bedside manner. The doctor could not come in and examine me. I told them my pain was an 8 and I told them all the information they needed to know. I was discharged with no diagnosis with only one test done and was told it would "go away by tomorrow". This was the location in Watson. So if they can't SEE something wrong, basically they will not treat you. This is not the first this has happened either.
Most of the staff was friendly and courteous, but 1 of the women up front at the check-in station needs more training in dealing with the public. She was very rude.
I've been waiting here for 2 hours! I've seen 4 episodes of House Hunters! They haven't called anyone for the past 45 minutes! Should've gone to Drusilla!
We were greeted warmly by the receptionist and the friendly attitudes continued with the nurse and NP. I definitely recommend and we will use it again.
