I have a toddler and twice I’ve tried to take advantage of the “check in online” feature just to be told by reception that it doesn’t matter. You will still get added to the end of the queue. Why advertise this feature so heavily?

Literally the best Lake After Hours! Came in after a bad wreck, explained the injuries of a prior wreck and my fear that this wreck may have re-aggravated my prior injury. They understood my fear, my current pain, and most importantly they helped me feel better with whatever they had available to them. Thank you for being so kind and helpful!
They take WAY too long to see patients even when it's not crowded. The staff is arrogant and condescending. I prefer to never come here again but unfortunately at times it is a necessity
Sick receptionist that was breathinh on all that checked in. Then a nurse comes from the back to sit and converse with a person in the waiting area, current wait time is 1.5 hours and she has time to state whats going on in the back, which seems to be nothing!
