Did a great job. Highly recommend
A week in advance I contacted this business about towing my car to a local shop for an appointment I had at a local shop first thing in the morning. He told me he could do it it would be $100. I accepted despite the fact I was less than a mile away from the local shop. When the day came from my car to get towed to the shop I had to call them to see when they were going to be here and he told me 10:00. My appointment was at 9:00, I missed my appointment and had to reschedule getting my car repaired. I feel like I was lied to ... read more
Excellent support with fast and thorough repair. I was traveling out of town hauling a trailer when my transmission went completely out. Lake Transmission helped come up with a plan for me to continue my trip in a rented U-haul to pull my trailer, while he took my truck in and fixed the transmission. It was a major issue with a complete re-man transmission, but he fixed it underpriced and earlier than expected ETA. He worked extra hours to make sure my truck would be ready for my return trip. This was above and beyond.
Todd is amazing and a great mechanic! He can fix anything not just transmissions.
