My husband and I could never adjust to the open area concept. There are no individual rooms, only spaces divided by storage of some sort. The last straw was the gossip among the office staff. I would have a conversation with a tech, hygienist, or dentist, only to return six months later and have yet another staff member ask me about it. RecommendedWonderful people! Even though it’s typically 3-6 months between visits, they always remember and ask about what was going on in life last time they saw us. Mikala is our fav because she’s been “our person” as long as we’ve been going to Dr. Maddox. I can’t say enough amazing things about this office and the incredible customer service. They are truly the best!
