I love living in Lake of the Woods. All of the benefits of a well run lake community (lake, gym, tennis, restaurant, activities, snow plows, parks, and beaches) with reasonable fees and a great mix of residents.

DON'T MOVE HERE!! Unless you don't mind paying astronomical HOA dues and having no say in what the community needs and does not need. We moved here hoping for a better life and instead have become worried about the possibility of having to move due to the HOA's constant "upgrades".
115 Saylers Creek Rd ....Hasnt cut the grass yet in the year 2018. ...Multiple complaints by dues paying neighbors not enforced by association. Property owner owns enough lots to be excluded from association rules.
