When coming up with a plan to deal with pest issues, he laid out options and was quick to point out which ones were effective and safe for our dogs, too. We paid for a year in advance when we first bought our home . They have never missed a appointment and have always been very helpful and friendly . Tim Thompson came out today and listened to all my concerns and was very helpful . We will continue to use them.
These guys have done a great job from day one. They genuinely are interested in my needs. They also offer up suggestions that I would not have thought of. We called them near the beginning of treatment with an ant problem in the house. Even though it wasn't a scheduled time for our treatment they promptly came out and effectively treated the ants. The folks that come out are always friendly, unhurried, and willing to listen. Tim was the latest to come and was a fine example of the service they provide. Keep up the great work... read more
