Made a online appointment and was sent a confirmation e mail . I take off work early for my appointment and I get there and they are closed! Try and call the number and no one answered. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place.

THE BEST nail salon in the Lake of the Ozarks area. They listen to what you want, are very talented and accept walk-ins.
I have been coming here for years. Tony and his team truly care about their customers & take their time ! As a mama of 4 littles I needed the pedicure ! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks for all you do, may God truly bless your business !!

I love this nail salon! They are so friendly and do the best work. Not to mention their prices are extremely affordable!!!!
Went in to get my set fixed after they all broke idk if they are using something new but my nails have never broke off like this in the years I’ve had my nails done. Also guess they only take appointments now! Been turned away twice and told I couldn’t even stay and wait. Really crappy considering I’ve been going there for a little over a year now. I’m at W nails who got me in ASAP and fixed all my broken acrylics.
I would not recommend luxury nail and spa to anyone. We had appointments for 5:30 and ended up waiting for nearly an hour before they got us in. After they sat us down and got the water in the pedicure bowls, we sat there so long the water got cold. We basically spent 3 hours waiting. This was Thursday and as of Sunday (3) days later, 7 of my 10 nails are chipped and nearly gone. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!
