I always love my nails they are amazing I don't like picking what I want so I always let them do what they come up with and it's always amazing
I think it's bad business if you are a small business to treat your regular customers like they are just another tourists. I started going to Luxury Nail Spa in the stone crest mall, last Spring. When I first started going they were all about scheduling appointments and they were always running on time. I started trying to get an appointment before Christmas to no avail, so today I stop in and asked if they are all booked up, Whiskey stated that they don't do appointments during the winter. This place is fantastic!!! Walked in without an appt. they worked me in instantly. My nails have never looked better. Customer service is A+.
Several times I have tried to call so I can set up an app and no one ever answers the phone. I love the work they do but when I can't even make an app and walk in only to be told it's going to be 45 min or longer that's going to make people want to go else where like myself. Sorry but you lost a local customer....
The services are great! HOWEVER......customer service is insulting. Their appointment policy is a joke! Have made three appointments....first time waited 1 1/2 hours, second one 45 minutes. So, thinking first apoinment of the day would work...made one for 9 am. Wrong! Walked in at 8:55 and they had taken 6 walk-ins ahead of me. NEVER AGAIN! Can not recommend them.
Great work, but make an appointment to cut down the wait time.
