They need more help. Even with an appt they run30 -40 minutes late
Knowing they were very busy salon and because I’ve been there multiple times, I patiently waited my turn for almost 4 hours, never complaining. However, when I received my dip the color was 100% not the same color that I picked out. There was a problem with the dip color and they agreed. Instead of not charging me and asking me to come back they still made me pay with a discount or I could pay the full price and come back later. Keep in mind I got there at 2:45 and it was now 7:00. The first time I went for dip, a man did my nails. Everything was fine. Yesterday a young girl did my nails. She was so rough that I now have 3 fingers in bandages. One was bleeding and she did not even want to stop the bleeding. I made her stop the bleeding. I made an appointment and was treated very badly. No customer service. I won’t go back. My money should be refunded.

If you want to refund stop by the shop i need to take a look at your nail then i will refund you in cash.... i dont have time to call credit company.......
