The office people are warm and friendly . I waited 9 months to get information on my veneers. They told me after my third cleaning I would be able to get my veneers. Wrong!! I don't appreciate people lying to me!!! They keep making up excuses saying they had to hear from my insurance I don't appreciate people dragging me along!!

Veneers are considered to be cosmetic procedures. All insurances work differently. Majority of insurances do not cover cosmetic procedures. As courtesy to our patients, our friendly staff members are doing everything possible to get such procedure covered by insurance by emphasizing the importance of the procedure for the patient well being.
