RecommendedI had a HORRIFYING experience here last year and thought I would never return. I’m so glad my doctor recommended I come here. I went to McLaren and was given a bag of fluids for dehydration (5 days no food and very little water) and I told them I was dizzy, 20 minutes after I told them that they unhooked my ONE bag of fluids and sent me out with a referral to call my doc if needed! The staff was amazing. Very friendly, very attentive.
A want to give a huge Thank you to Lisa RN, Debbie RN and Dr. Wash. I brought my 12 year old in there and they were right on top of things. We got right back in the room and within a minuet the doc was in there. They were very patient with my daughter. They were quick on starting treatment. We were on our way after Debbie made sure we were comfortable to go home. Truely appreciate the care they gave my daughter! 💟
I’m a senior at emergency rm and it took 45 minutes for them to see me
I’m shocked by how rude the nurse and doctor were to my mother. Lake Huron medical center should have a refresher course on bed side manner and how to properly take someone’s blood pressure. Because I can assure you putting the cuff on the same arm as the IV is not the proper way. Extremely disappointed and upset
Just received a bill from over a year ago! I wasn't happy with my experience but wasn't going to say anything, but this is ridiculous! I went there for a uti I contracted after having my daughter. The doctor couldn't prescribe a antibiotic I could take while breastfeeding. I went to a different doctor's office the next day and that doctor was able to prescribe an appropriate antibiotic and I didn't receive an additional bill from them. Will never go to this office again!
