RecommendedI have had several experiences when I had to go to the ER and I was IMMEDIATE seen and made comfortable with the pain I was experiencing! Every staff person was truly kind,caring, and did everything possible to keep me comfortable while waiting for x-ray,C.T. scans or what ever test results were being waited for. I have had nothing but excellent care when a patient there.

Unbelievable Emergency Department service. I visited in December 25th at 5:45 pm. From the quick and courteous registration clerks to the discharge took approximately 45 minutes. Superior service from everyone I came in contact with. I would, hands down, recommend Lake Huron Medi-Cal Center for all your medical emergency needs. Thank you LHMC!!!
Urgent care in Fort Gratiot isn’t URGENT at all!! Took my 24 year old sick daughter in her pajama’s because she was to sick to get dressed and had to wait 2 hrs. just to be seen and by the time she received care she had a fever of 103.3 which is too high. They should tell you that it’s going to be a 2hour wait at the urgent care because I would’ve went somewhere else to receive urgent care.

Discharged someone with high fever, can't walk or talk. Said you are fine. Had to transport EMS within hours to another ER.
Your billing department is a disaster! After 4 calls it is very clear they have no clue what they are doing. It really needs re-booting! What a joke.
