Having worked for a small animal clinic previously, I hold myself to be a critical observer when viewing a veterinary practice. This clinic could not be better in any way. The clinic is clean and extremely well equipped, but the most outstanding thing are their doctors and staff. Everyone remembers you and your dogs and cats and greets you with warmth. Dr. Welch and the Lake Geneva Animal hospital are amazing. After seeing a few different doctors at LGAH due to scheduling conflicts, I saw Dr. Welch again today and after a year, he remember me and my dog immediately and recalled her history. Hes been instrumental in diagnosing her allergies/skin issues and treating them. My pooch has also had severe allergic reactions before and Dr. Welch and team have made time for me to get my dog in to see them ASAP. I highly recommend both this vet and specifically Dr. Welch.
