I wish I had a better review to give and I’m disappointed we were not given the same level of service as the rest of the reviews indicate. My dog was in need of ACL surgery. My husband contacted LGAC to inquire. He felt comfortable with Dr Scott so we proceeded to schedule surgery. In the weeks leading up, my dog needed to have blood work done. RecommendedThe level of care and skill is 2nd to none. I have never found a vet outfit that has such dedication and caring. Even if it's a long drive out to Lake Geneva it's more than worth it.....They have taken care of many of my animals over the years and always will.
RecommendedThe entire staff is so extremely caring and knowledgeable- always have a smile on their faces; whether we are bringing in our puppies, our ‘challenging’ boy, or our old man.. They never seem to tire of my endless questions or the chaos that surrounds me.. lol. We always feel incredibly welcomed at every visit. Even a simple nail trim is met with smiles and open arms. Highly recommend. They make you feel like family- and that is what keeps us coming back!
Drs. Scot and Mona are EXCELLENT veterinarians! A+ job at taking care of our sick dog. They were able to diagnose him with blasto very quickly and get him on the road to recovery. Top notch care!!!
The local kennel brought our dog here (who was absolutely fine when we dropped him off the day before) when we were on vacation. They said that he had to have emergency surgery on his stomach or he would die. We got back, and they discharged him to us saying that not only was he fine, but they fixed possible future problems as well. The day after we brought him home, he dropped dead.
