My hunting dogs have been clients here since before the current Lake Geneva location opened. I drive all the way from Gurnee IL because I trust the docs here. I started to bring my dogs here because a condition was misdiagnosed by a local vet who apparently was more interested in making money than caring for my dog. Dr. Scot made a correct diagnosis that nothing was wrong with my dog. He earned my gratitude and business that day and every visit since. Trust is key and hard to find these days.
I just want to say thank you to Dr. Welch for helping us after both of our dogs were HBC. Not only was it after hours but it was raining. He met us at the clinic and was extremely sincere in the passing of Loki and Leia even though we weren't clients and had never been there before. The amount of compassion was relieving especially with everything that happened. So thank you!
