As far as pet care comes, they’ve received good care. Yesterday I was there with my kitten and two little kids. After waiting for over 40 mins for my kitten to be taken back, my daughter that’s 4 started crying that she had to use the bathroom. This is during Covid so everything is curbside. But she was denied access to the bathroom by two different staff members. Meanwhile telling me to go to Walmart or a gas station to use the bathroom that she couldn’t access the building again. RecommendedThis clinic got me in right away when I had a little feral cat in distress. Other clinics were too busy and told me I had to go to Waukesha. Dr. Scot Hodkiewicz immediately ran tests and found numerous problems with the poor little thing. He administered drugs and vaccinations and sent us home with additional meds and he basically saved this little guy's life. I can't say enough about the kindness and professionalism of this vet. Very professional people. Took our dog in and addressed issue. Very up to date and they perform almost if not all surgeries! I highly recommend Lake Geneva Animal Hospital.

the treatment they gave my pet was all wrong and very expensive we had to go to another vet to help us I will not go there again and do not recommend them at all.
Highly recommended! The doctors and staff here are the absolute best! They treat your pet just like they are their own!
