I love this park. I feel safe here. There is always police presence. The wild life is protected and taken well care of. And there are always lots of folks around jogging, walking their families and dogs. There are also many restaurants that line the park too.
What a wonderful park. Very clean, well lit at night. The music all the way around the path was nice. The music that coordinated with the water fountain was pretty. It did seem a little crowded for a Thursday night. We arrived around 8 pm. Lots of dog walkers and runners. By 930 it had cleared up a bit. The variety of restraunts was good. Great playground for children. Just loved it. Can't wait to share with our northern friends and family!
I love walking or going for a run around Lake Eola. The swan rides are fun, and the fountain is beautiful, refreshing to look at. There's a cute kiddie playground for kids of all ages. ;-) It's also a great place to have a picnic, or to enjoy nature (real-life swans), doggy park, and the best place about Orlando.

Gay month is over let's put the American flags up not these gay ass rainbow flags around Eola. I hope the fireworks set them all on fire.
Please take time are walk around the lake NOW and see the countless flowers & expressions of l♡ve many have left from the Pulse tragedy. It touched me and my daughter so much when we went recently. There's also an awesome sketch artist "Egberto" (near the playground) who does a sketch of your face in minutes. Tell him Charita sent you for he's gifted. L♡ve going to Lake Eola.
