One star is being too kind. I bought a 2017 Tacoma a few months ago it needs more than 30 hours of repair already. I bought their dealer's Century plan, but it does not cover the repair. They held my truck for about a month or so, and all they offered was an employee discount on the repair. I had to contact them because I never received an update on my truck. The dealership service department is very difficult to work with. They have poor communication and have not been able to return a phone call or answer basic questions about the status of my vehicle. I have had my Jeep in the dealership service department for three weeks. I have called the dealership over 11 times with only one return phone call.
